Maybe Trader Joe's isn't THAT bad of a job. It is fun and the pay is decent. On the other hand, it has NOTHING to do with my career or a career i'm interested in. I think i'm gonna keep this job until I can find another job.

I'd like to work at Circuit City, or some other kind of place that either sells or installs car audio equipment. Or i'd like to do custom installs on the side.

My First Show

My first Wedding for Complete Music is this weekend and I am so excited! I got my tux, and I am gonna be stylin'. After Saturday, we're going to find out if being a DJ is right for me, which hopefully it will be. I will make a post-show update.

I like TJ's but...

Trader Joe's isn't working out as well as I had hoped... they're not giving me the amount of hours I want. $9 an hour is great, but not when you're only getting 20 hours a week, and you have a $300 car payment, and you have other bills to pay... If things don't improve, I'm gonna start looking for another job. Wait, i take that back, i AM going to look for another job. I'm going to swing by Custom Sounds today and see if they are hiring sales representatives. If I'm going to work somewhere, I'm going to have to be passionate about what I'm doing. I love food, but i wouldn't say I'm passionate about it... I need to work around stuff i care about, or else work isn't fun. All day long at Trader Joe's I'm thinking about car audio stuff... those of you who think I'm stupid for saying that, you just don't understand.

Need sound?

do you think having a custom installed sound system will cost too much? think again! as long as you buy all the components you want to have installed in your car, i'll install it for a fraction of the cost! I can install it so you can't see anything, or i can install so you can show it off. i don't have any pictures but i will have some of the install jobs i have done. I install neons, underglow, amps, stereos, speakers, dynamat, pretty much anything you can throw at me...

Trader Joe's

Before you shop at Schnuck's or Dierberg's again, stop in at Trader Joe's! They have the greatest food at super low prices! i'd say their food is about 40% lower than most grocery stores. plus the food is healthy. Every where you look is health food. for those of you of age, we have a HUGE wine selection, so feel free to come in a try a bottle. plus we always have something at our demo station. if anyone has any questions, please ask

Why is Our Campus Dumb?

It still bothers me that students living in campus houses aren't allowed to have members of the opposite sex in their houses. I'm a 21 year old college student with a girlfriend... i have needs. How do they expect the students to live like they force us to? No one follows the rules anyway, and none of the RD's care. So i don't see what the big deal is with opposite sex visitation... if anyone knows the real reason behind this nonsense, please let me know...

The Super Bowl

If you didn't watch the Super Bowl, you might as well move to Mexico. The Super Bowl is all that America is. The million dollar commercial spots, the half-time show featuring Prince. Does TV get better than this? It's three hours of pure culture.
